Abstrakt:

Aim of the study was assessing influence of endogenous aminoacids supplementation on fetal maturation in ACTH monitored pregnancies. Because of lots of publications concerning arginine, its effectiveness was compared with asparagin as a sorce of endogenous arginine. It observations were conducted was at 105 pregnant's women with symptoms threatening miscarriage and control group consisted of 343 pregnant women without supplementation. In both groups maternal oxitocinase serum levels, pregnancy duration and neonate state were analyzed. In group with supplementation, significantly of 3 day shorter pregnancy duration was with lower delivery masses of 230g, length of 0,8cm and lower of 0,5 pts maturity index, but of 1,4 times lower ACTH-depot doses without differences in oxitocinase and isooxitocinase levels. In high risk pregnancy L-arginine application has no influence on maternal oxitocinase serum levels, ACTH-therapy was proven as effective agent in pregnancy course normalization independently on supplementation with L-arginine or L-asparagin. However pregnancy duration, obstetric history and applied pharmacotherapy show statistically influence on course of pregnancy and neonatal state, what should be included in every assessment of L-arginine supplementation.
