Praca doktorska
Inspiracją do podjęcia badań eksperymentalnych w temacie niniejszej pracy stała się konieczność standaryzacji procedur i metod analitycznych stosowanych w analizie włosów, w aspekcie retrospektywnej oceny zażywania rozmaitych ksenobiotyków. Głównym celem pracy zgodnie z przyjętym założeniem było opracowanie autorskich procedur chemiczno-toksykologicznych analizy substancji psychoaktywnych we włosach w czterech podstawowych grupach środków uzależniających: opioidów (morfiny, 6-monoacetylomorfiny, kodeiny, metadonu i jego metabolitu EDDP), amfetamin (amfetaminy, metamfetaminy, MDA, MDMA, MDEA), kokainy i jej metabolitów (benzoiloekgoniny i kokaetylenu) metodą HPLC-APCI-MS-MS i kannabinoli (∆9-THC i kannabinolu) metodą GC-EI-MS-MS oraz ich weryfikacja w toksykologicznej praktyce medyczno-sądowej, obejmującej opiniowanie w wybranych grupach przypadków: pacjentów uczestniczących w programie leczenia substytucyjnego metadonem w aspekcie kontroli abstynencji, nastolatków uzależnionych od substancji psychoaktywnych w aspekcie diagnozy lekarskiej, zmarłych wskutek zatrucia substancjami psychoaktywnymi w aspekcie przyczyny śmierci.
