Ethiopathogenesis of abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) is still not fully understood and the area of research and disscusion. Due to nowadays research there is a plenty of risk factors of AAA and it is assumed that are related to changes in the aortic wall conected with ageing. The aim of the study was to assess the correlations of the infiltration of the leukocytes and T-cells infiltration in the wall of AAA and the clinical determinants. The additional aim was to assess short term and long term complications after AAA repair. To this study were recruited 81 patients undergoing AAA repair AAA fragment was collected from the place of minimal enlargement, called as “neck" of the aneurysm (neck area- NA), to the place of maximum enlargement (maximal dilatation- MD). Females has statistically difference in leucocytes, limphocytes T(expecially CD4+) infiltration in perivascular tissue. There are no differences in AAA wall. Patients without atherosclerosi has no statistically differences in leucocytes, limphocytes T infiltration in AAA wall but CD8+ subpoulation infiltration was decreased. The same differences was observed in AAA without ILT. There was no significant differences in leucocytes CD45, and limphocytes T in patients with hipertenssion. There was no significant differences in leucocytes CD45, and limphocytes T in patients with hipertenssion and P-possun stratification. The s ; ame observation was with long term complications.
