Abstract:

Wyniki U wszystkich pacjentów badania diagnostyczne potwierdziły kliniczne podejrzenie barku zamrożonego. W barkach chorych odnotowano istotnie statystycznie większe wartości grubości badanych struktur w odniesieniu do strony niezajętej. Odnotowano wysoką korelacje dla grubości płynu w pochewce ścięgna głowy długiej mięśnia dwugłowego pomiędzy badaniem USG i MR (r=0,896 p<0,001), grubości kompleksu więzadłowa-torebkowego zachyłka pachowego w USG i MR (r=0,783 p<0,001; r=826 p<0,001). Odnotowano wysoki poziom korelacji pomiędzy zakresem rotacji zewnętrznej a grubością kompleksu więzadłowa-torebkowego (MR, USG). Wnioski Kryteria pozwalające na rozpoznanie barku zamrożonego w USG i MR są zbliżone. Dostępność, nieinwazyjność, możliwość badania dynamicznego i porównania strony chorej do bezobjawowej czynią z USG konkurencyjną dla MR metodę diagnostyczną.
