Abstract:

In the study group of 72 patients with spondyloarthrosis of the lumbosacral spine treated in USOR in the years 2002-2012. The aim of the study was to compare three methods commonly used surgical treatment.1. decompression of neural structures.2. decompression of neural structures with interbody stabilization,3. decompression of neural structures stabilization and possibly transpedicular interbody stabilization.Evaluated clinical and radiological parameters before treatment, after surgery and distant observation period. In this work, particular attention was paid to the parameters of the self-assessment of subjective and their correlation with imaging studies.The study showed a correlation of signs and symptoms of the size of the spinal canal stenosis and intervertebral holes. No significant difference in the results of long-term depending on how the surgery.
