TSH, fT3, fT4 and antiTPO serum concentration for every womenin each trimester of pregnancy was evaluated. Results: Based on our study difference in the reference intervals for pregnant and nonpregnant women for TSH and free thyroid hormones was revealed. Very low lower limit of the reference interval for TSH in the Ist of pregnancy should be noticed. In case of fT4 a decline of the reference intervals for each trimester has been noticed. Patients in ; euthyreosis and with an increased level of anti-TPO should be under special control during pregnancy because of increased probability of hypothyroidism.
