Abstract:

The heart transplantation is a popular and general method of therapy in difficult heart diseases in advanced stages of a circulatory insufficing. The most important role of the heart transplantation plays the qualification of suitability of the donor and recipient’s heart, the immunosupressive therapy after the transplantation, the protection and the therapy of infection. The heart donors are usualy the young people with recognized brain deaths, mostly after a craniocerebral trauma, with the efficiency cardiovascular system. The total ischemic time ( the time from clamping of the donor aorta during harvesting to unclamping of the recipient aorta after aortic anastomosis) ranged below 4-6 h. The aim of the research was the histologic investigation of the zero biopsies obtained from donor hearts before and during the transplantation. The evaluation of the prognosis of the zero biopsies in the heart’s donor within the investigation of the postransplanted process. The investigation of the influence of the ischemic time over the state of postransplanted heart. The material – biopsy specimens was collected from 105 heart of donor aged 15-46 years. The biopsy 0-1 was obtained during an organ procurement and the biopsy 0-2 - immediately before a coronary reperfusion after the transplantation. The histological investigation was done by the light microscope. The most important conclusion ; of the work: the morphological picture of the myocardium in the zero biopsy has an effect on the postransplantation process.
