TY - GEN A1 - Wałach, Angelika N2 - The subject of the presented research was to evaluate the results of remote physiotherapies for non-invasive treatment of acute instability of the talocrural joint, and above all, to give answers to the following questions: 1. Who does it concern, what are the most common circumstances of acute instability of the talocrural joint occurrence and what structures of the capsular- ligamentous system are most commonly damaged? 2. What are the objective results of treating acute instability of the talocrural joint by means of a non-invasive method, using an own idea of a physiotherapeutic programme, depending on the type and extent of the injuries? 3.What are the subjective results of treating acute instability of the talocrural joint, applying a self-designed physiotherapeutic programme? Therapeutic rehabilitation of patients after acute sprain of the talocrural joint was carried out on the basis of self designed programme of conduct and physiotherapy. The objective results of the treatment of acute instability of the talocrural joint on the basis of the self-designed physiotherapeutic programme in remote observation for first and second degree instability are good and very good. The results for third degree instability are bad. The subjective results of the treatment of acute instability of the talocrural joint on the basis of the self-designed physiotherapeutic prog N2 - ramme for first and second degree instability are good and very good. The results for third degree instability are bad.
