Four variants of constructional solutions of bridgework of the range of the span dependent on the quantity of the missing teeth in the lateral section of the lower law were investigated. The distribution of stresses and displacements was analysed with the finite elements method in the constructions of prosthetic bridgework, abutment teeth, parodontium tissue and two-layered structure of the lower jaw. The tests confirmed the possibility of using tomographical diagnostics to image geometrical - material and tissular model. The numerical method of such a model indicate the areas of strain in the construction of the prosthetic bridgework as well as in base tissues. That gives the basis for planning the optimal solution in the individual conditions of a given patient. The visualization of diffusion of stresses and displacements allows for estimation of mutual relations between the range of the span of the bridgework and anatomical conditionings of the tissues of the prosthetic base. The analysis of the displacement areas in the numerical model allows for the estimation of anticipated answer of the bone tissue of the lower jaw and the suspensive apparatus of the abutment teeth.
