Modification conditions for analized compounds have been developed (temperature, time of reaction). The mechanism of reaction has been established taking into consideration reagents' structure and results of 1H NMR. Mole ratio of reagents has been determined. Absorption spectra were measured, analytical wavelength was chosen and the applicability of obtained compounds for spectrophotometric analysis was checked. In order to mcrease the accuracy of the determinations, absorption spectra were converted into derivative spectra for further analyses. The following derivatives were chosen: after reaction with ortho-phthalic aldehyde third-derivative spectrum, with ninhydrin first-derivative spectrum, and with fluorescein second-derivative spectrum.
