To reach this goal a special software was developed. The following conclusions were drawn from the conducted research: 1. New method allow to prepare a list of quantitative parameters that describes AVC 2. New method allow to morphometric, topologie and structural A VC assessment 3. New method allowed to identification of A VC parameters associated with high risk of paravalvular leak occurrence after TA VR with an indication of its exact location 4. Developed method of AVC assessment is objective and repeatable 5. Comparison of the obtained parameters describing AVC with clinical data, assuming greater number of analyzed cases, may be used to better description of surgical field, as well as to predict both of the occurrence and the exact location of complication after TA VR 6.
