In addition, the level of students' self-assessment of non-technical competence and their evaluations of the quality and effectiveness of non-technical competence classes were analyzed. A total of 220 sixth-year medical students from the Jagiellonian University Medical College in Poland participated in the study. The students were divided into two study groups: I in 2018 and II in 2019. The groups differed in the number of non-technical competence classes: in 2018. The evaluation was carried out by trained instructors during the Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) using standardized assessment sheets.
