The parameters included blood pressure (office measurements and ABPM), expressions of genes related to hypertension (microarrays), levels of insulin-like growth factors, their binding proteins and their genes. Significant differences in expressions of certain genes related to hypertension before and after the procedure were found. No significant differences in blood pressure values, concentrations of insulin-like growth factors, insulin-like growth factor binding proteins and their genes were seen. The results of short-term analysis of these parameters after hematopoietic cell transplantation suggest a potential for using assessments of expressions of genes related to hypertension as biomarkers of late effects of this treatment method.}, title={Looking for potential markers of late effects of hematopoietic cell transplantation in children}, type={Praca doktorska}, keywords={children, hematopoietic cell transplantation, hypertension, late effects microarray analysis}, }
