Furthermore a novel application of voltammetric method was used for determination of analytes in dissolution media, a method that is rarely used in dissolution testing at all.Due to constructing a novel apparatus three basic parts were designed, a simple syringe pump a low-volume dissolution chamber allowing flow in both direction and a stepper motor driver. The syringe pump was designed as six route one. As the drive source stepper motor with was used. The stepper motor was driven with a microstep driver connected to a PC by a LPT port. The software used for controlling the pump was Linux CNC.The verification of apparatus was done using prednisolone and izoniazide dissolution a variety of herbs, dietary special and foods was also examined. Apart from herbs, dietary special were also used: capsules Swanson full spectrum Bacopa moniera 500 mg, 90 caps. and Spirulina powder bio Spirulina obtained from powdered algae.
