As a result of heavy burden of care, research parents who bring up a child with disabilities, experience more physical and mental fatigue, which aggravate their disappointment and escalate negative attitudes towards the child. The factors determining a high level of the caring efficiency of research parents include: a high level of self-efficacy, receiving more frequent emotional and esteem support and more frequent use of activity-based strategies. Reducing the caring efficiency of research parents who have children with disabilities is associated with an increased level of their care burden., Introduction: Efficiency of a family is a complex concept that can be applied to many aspects of family life. Family is a community that plays very important role in a human life. It can affect human health and take constructive actions to improve the process of treatment and care. The caring potential of family depends on many factors, such as: health status of family members, their knowledge, education, availability, economic situation and family structure.
