It was performed on data from 11 777 patients diagnosed with myocardial infarction without ST elevation, hospitalized from August 1st 2007 until the end of 2009. Patients were divided in 4 groups depending on electrocardiographic changes registered at admission to the hospital due to acute coronary syndrome: 1. group with ST depression, 2. group with pathological negative T wave, 3. group with other changes in ST-T distance, 4. group with normal ECG recordings. Parameters evaluated included clinical characteristics, hospitalization course and mortality in the long-term observation (3 years) after NSTEMI. The most common change in the electrocardiographic recordings registered at admission in patients with myocardial infarction without ST elevation is ST depression (47.72%). In the short and long-term observation, the lowest mortality was observed in the group with the pathological negative T waves and the highest mortality was registered in the group with other ST-T abnormalities.}, title={Short and long-term prognosis in patients with myocardial infarction without ST elevation, in relation to electrocardiographic changes}, type={Praca doktorska}, keywords={NSTEMI, ECG, non-St elevation, myocardial infarction}, }
