The assays were performed after condensation with dabsyl chloride, o-phthalic aldehyde and 2-nitrobenzoic aldehyde. Determinations were made by optimizing the choice of the reaction medium, temperature, time of incubation. Term of color stability was determined. Stoichiometries and reaction mechanisms were described. Methods in terms of specificity, linearity, accuracy, range and precision were tested.The use of thin-layer chromatography with densitometric detection has allowed to determine the properties of complexes of bacitracin - DBS and all of tested antibiotics with NBA. The resulting peaks are well developed and easy to interpretation. Rated durability of derivates stored at 5°C, 25°C and 37°C for 24 and 72 hours after synthesis.The usefulness of the developed methods was demonstrated by their use in the quantitative determination of the active ingredients in pharmaceutical preparations. For bacitracin derivates microbiological studies and assessment of cytotoxicity were also performed.}, title={Chemical modifications of peptide antibiotics in terms of quantitative spectrophotometric analysis}, type={Praca doktorska}, keywords={spectrophotometry, biological tests, peptide antibiotics, TLC, validation}, }
