Expression of delivered gene was restricted to the UTMD targeted organ. There was a significant increase in arteriolar density in animals, that received control plasmid with luciferase gene. This finding is probably due to non-specific effects of UTMD on microcirculation and expression of genes that promote arteriogenesis. The exact molecular mechanism of this phenomenon together with the impact of UTMD- stimulated arteriogenesis on coronary blood flow remains to be determined.}, title={Applications of albumin microbubbles in non-invasive, tissue selective transfer of genetic material into myocardium}, type={Praca doktorska}, keywords={contrast echocardiography, non-invasive gene transfer}, }
