Patients with CML who commenced therapy with imatinib in chronic phase achieved long overall survival as well as progression- free and free from late adverse events survival, treatment strategy for ponatinib was presented, takmg mto also in the cardiovascular system. The optimal account the adverse effect of this drug on the function of vascular endothelium. Endothelial function in those patients assessed based on the FMD, FMSF, and RH-PAT tests was mainly related to CML-specific factors, including the duration of TKis treatment and ponatinib rather than to cardiovascular risk based on SCORE2/SCORE2-0P algorithms. FMSF-based assessment of skin microcirculation proved to be a sensitive method for detecting the vascular effects of TKIs.}, title={Monitoring of endothelial function in patients with chronic myeloid leukemia treated with tyrosine kinase inhibitors}, type={Praca doktorska}, keywords={chronic myeloid leukemia, tyrosine kinase inhibitors, endothelial function, cardiovascular risk, SCORE2}, }
