The data from 57 patients (54 men - 95% , aged 66.4 ± 8.7) qualified to CRT were assessed. CRT improved right ventricle systolic function in the whole study group. Tricuspid regurgitation grade and the area of tricuspid regurgitation jet decreased Right ventricular systolic pressure decreased. Reverse remodeling of right ventricle was observed. Among all echocardiographic parameters of right ventricle appraisal at baseline only right ventricle end-systolic area and right ventricle wall thickness correlated with LVEF.CRT improves right ventricle systolic function in HF patients. It also decreases tricuspid regurgitation and right ventricle systolic pressure. The patients who do not respond to CRT have worse right ventricle function at baseline.}, title={Effects of cardiac resynchronization therapy on right ventriclefunction in patients with chronic heart failure}, type={Praca doktorska}, keywords={CRT, cardiac resynchronization therapy, right ventricle, chronic heart failure}, }
