Changes of adiponectin amount released to medium by differentiating SVF cells were measured using Adiponectin Elisa kit. During the differentiation process the expression of adiponectin and its receptors was differentialy modified by FFA and PPAR agonists, which was shown in real\-time PCR as well as Western Blot. Some of used factors changed also amount of adiponectin released to medium by differentiating SVF cells. These results suggest an additional mechanism of beneficial effect of unsaturated fatty acids \(especially EPA\) as well as some PPAR agonists, follow by the influence on expression of adiponectin and its receptors, which is important for endothelial function as well as insulinsensitivity. Simultaneously the disadvantageous effect of saturated palmitic acid has been confirmed."]
