The patients with tumor localization on the right side, the lymph nodes of the following groups were removed during thoracotomy\: 2R, 4R, 7, 8, 9\; then the mediastinal lymph nodes of the 2L and 4L groups were removed from the cervical approach. The patients with tumor localization on the left side, the lymph nodes of the following groups were removed during thoracotomy\: 5, 6, 7, 8, 9\; then mediastinal lymph nodes 2R, 4R, 2L, 4L were removed from the cervical approach.
