The paper presented a novel definition of anaphylaxis according to WAO \(2019\), which novelty was not to include skin changes as indispensable element of anaphylaxis diagnosis. It was re\-confirmed that adrenaline immediate administration was safe, indicated for treatment of severe symptoms and it prevented biphasic reactions.
