To qualify for participation in the study, all participants were examined by a physiotherapist on the basis of the original study card.All participants performed the following exercises\: squat, lunge, landing after jumping, standing from the sit on low ground, and deadlift with a barbell. The way the exercises were performed by the participants was recorded using the MVN Biomech motion imaging and measurement system, which allows for accurate contact measurements to be obtained. RESULTS\: Incorrect performance of exercises characteristic for the CrossFit discipline \(squat, lunge forward, landing after landing\) and disturbed elasticity of the muscles of the lower limbs may cause knee extension dysfunction. CONCLUSIONS\: The performed research has shown the negative impact of regular practicing the CrossFit sport discipline on the knee extension apparatus."]
