It comprised physical examination, evaluation of disease progress and Total Loss of Extension, hand’s function reduction by Swansons method, and DASH, PEM, HFS and HDPRQ questionnaires to evaluate hand’s function before surgery and 3 and 12 months afterwards. Surgery reduced TLE from 144,07º to 19,29º and improved hand’s functions \(Swanson\) from 94,76% to 98,37%. Dupuytren contracture impact on subjective evaluation of hand’s function and its improvement after surgery was found.
