Study population consists of patients with moderate to severe UC, who failed standard treatment or when it was not tolerated or contraindicated. Biologic drugs were administrated with standard care and were compared with standard care alone. To assess the long\-term costs and effects of compared interventions, Markov model was used. Due to the influence of treatment on life years and life quality of patients from analised population, cost\-utility analysis was conducted. Analysis were conducted from public payer’s perspective and additionally from social perspective in case of adalimumab and golimumab, in life\-long time horizon.
