The study group was divided into two main groups\: the patients operated on one year prior to the evaluation, and the patients operated on at least three years prior to the evaluation \( benign changes\), and at least five years earlier \(malignant tumors\).Checking the patient's condition one year after orbitotomy, we observed statistically significant improvement in terms of exophthalmus. Improvement was also observed in terms of double vision, swelling of the eyelids, tearing, pain in the eye socket and headaches. In the long\-term control after surgery a further reduction of exophthalmus was reported. On the basis of the questionnaire it was found that health improvement declared as much as 70% of patients one year after surgery and approximately 58% of patients many years after surgery."]
