The lack of normalization of the kidney function, the cause of AKI other thanobstruction of the urinary tract, presence of more than one cause of AKI andoccurrence of oligoanuria and its duration time had impact on the deaths of patients.Dialysotherapy did not increase the mortality rate. The normalization of the kidneyfunction was observed in 30,7 and 27,5% of patients.Conclusion\: Acute kidney injury is a serious complication of cancer disease, although the large number of patients can be treated effectively.
