Enrolled patients were qualified for endovascular treatment. We assessed endothelial function parameters, clinical results and blood flow of all patent BTK arteries using frame count \(FC\). The results were measured before PTA, as well as 1, 3, 6 and 12 months after the procedure. Based on the presented studies, we proved that patients with critical limb ischemia \(CLI\) had better clinical response to revascularization than non\-CLI patients, however, there was no improvement in endothelial function after revascularization in either group. We noted that baseline FMD, IMT and RHI values were not related to the number of study endpoints. Although they occured more frequent in patients with history of hypercholesterolemia, longer history of smoking, lower baseline TBI and in patients with CLI. In the third study we noted that patients with slower blood flow within below\-the\-knee arteries experienced significantly better clinical improvement within the follow\-up period."]
