The aim of my research was deciding\: 1\) Did color vision of patients with artificial lens without blue light filter differ from vision at patients with own lens\? 2\) What was the difference in color vision at pseudophakic patients with blue light filtering artificial lens to them with implant without blue light filter\? 3\) Was color vision at patients with artificial implant with blue light filter approximated to color vision in phakic eye\? 159 patients \(180 eyes\) divided on three groups was examined. 60 patients \(60 eyes\) after cataract surgery with implantation of blue light filtering lens were the first group. 59 patients \(60 eyes\) who had implanted lens without filter were second group. 40 patients \(60 eyes\) with own transparent lens were third group. All patients were taken cataract surgery in the Ophtalmic Ward of the Fifth Clinical Military Hospital in Cracow. Farnsworth\-Munsell 100 Hue test was used in research. Each patient made test once on thirtieth day after cataract surgery. It was also a day of the end of pharmacological therapy.
