The study showed that for patients 40 years old IV stage \(33,3%\) colorectal cancer was recognized more frequently compared with patients aged 45\-65 years \(26.1%\), but the differences revealed no characteristics of statistical significance\(p = 0.2790\). According to this elaborate there were tested five year survival times as per the Kaplan \- Meier for two groups of patients. For patients 40 years old survival rates were 47.9%, whereas for patients aged 45 \-65 years were 56.8%. There is no significant difference \(p = 0.09148\) between the course of the curve of recurrence for patients up to 40 years of age, and a group of patients aged 45\-65 years. Then relevant split of the research group was performed \(pairing\) and in the next stage of research with the research group aged 45\-65 years there were eliminated people who died not because of cancer, which has allowed to observe statistically significant difference between the two groups \(p = 0.029\). Similarly, in the research group\-pair there is a significant difference in recurrence curves for the two age groups of the patients \(p = 0.006\).A questionnaire was sent to all patients from the research group. Results of the survey confirmed that only less than 1% of patients have benefited from the program for the pr"]
