The additional objective was to compare the incidence of complications during the pharmacological treatment of children with infantile hemangiomas. The subject of the analysis were medical and photographic records of 97 children with infantile hemangiomas. 24 of the patients were treated with corticosteroids and 73 children were treated with propranolol.
