In addition, the usefulness of post\-mortem computed tomography examinations in selected cases of pedestrians accidents with the significant severity of injuries was also presented. On the basis of the obtained results, it can be pointed out that the combination of the post\-mortem computed tomography examination with the forensic autopsy in the above cases allowed to obtain a significantly higher number of injuries in the scope of the skeletal system.
