Search for: [Abstract = "Because of functional meaning of knee joint together with increasing number of injuries constant searching of optimal treatment methods, both surgical and postoperative rehabilitation, is necessary. Goal of postoperative rehabilitation is to restore normal function of knee joint. Good treatment programme should contain mostly many different elements of kinezytherapy including proprioception training. Goal of this study is to compare treatment results in patients after single and double bundle ACL reconstruction treated with the same rehabilitation programme according to author of this study. Data analysis included 94 patients qualified to the study who fulfilled criteria and finished the whole treatment programme. The first group consisted of 49 patients after single bundle ACL reconstruction \(average age 36,5\), 17 women and 32 men. The second group average age 35,6\) consisted of 45 patients after double bundle ACL reconstruction \(17 women and 28 men\). Evaluation was done before operation \(initial test\), 7 days after the operation \(test 1\), 14 days after \(test 2\), 21 days \(test 3\) and 4 weeks after the operation \(test 4\), 6 weeks after \(test 5\) and 12 weeks after \(test 6\).
