Medical data including mother and newborn history of thedisease, pregnancy card and anesthesiology documentation were studied.Results\: Pregnant women who had before cesarean delivery due to thelack of progress of labor or fetal\-maternal disproportion more oftendelivered by caesarean section. Having a vaginal birth after cesareansection, non\-repeating indications for cesarean delivery, moderate weightand cervical ripeness for labor are positive prognostic factors for delivervaginally. Successful vaginal birth after cesarean section is cheaper sinceit do not generate as much cost as cesarean delivery, stay in hospital isshorter and consumption of drugs is lower."]
