Studied population Patients aged 0–18 years with laboratory\-confirmed COVID\-19, hospitalized in the Department of Infectious Diseases and Pediatrics, Zeromski Specialist Hospital in Krakow, and The Children University Hospital, Jagiellonian University Collegium Medicum, Krakow, Poland were included in the study.
