Material and method A cross\-sectional, observational study was conducted from April 2018 to April 2019 in 15 randomly selected primary care clinics cooperating with the Department of Family Medicine of the Jagiellonian University Medical College. Patients over 64 years of age participated in it. They filled in an authors’ questionnaire concerning basic data about them \(e.g. age, gender, marital status\) and medical information \(e.g. health condition, smoking, use of health care\), containing 20 questions.
