The results of analysis showed that patient prolonged the duration of PPI therapy, >90% of patients declared the use of PPI for more than 6 months. More than 20% were unable to determine whether they have improved thanks to PPI, and more than 1\/3 declared that the medication was previously prescribed by the physician.
